Poole depot marks 10 years service
It’s celebration time for timber and wood products supplier Timbmet at its Wallisdown Road depot in Poole. September 25th sees the 10th Anniversary of the opening of this gem of a resource for tradesmen and public alike across the local area.
Relocating to Lion Works back in 2004 the Timbmet Wallisdown Depot has enjoyed a great 10 years and has built a reputation among customers for its fantastic range of all things timber. And it’s not just the huge range of hardwoods, panel products and other timber related items on offer that has won over local tradesmen – just as important is the service and fund of knowledge that’s available from the staff, headed up by manager Bob Fooks.
Bob says “We are a real team with most of my colleagues having been here from day one – and that has helped us build excellent customer relationships – something I’m very proud of.”
The Depot offers a Trade counter with product display area, a cut to size panel facility and easy collection – there’s plenty of parking – or prompt local delivery within a 30 mile radius. Timbmet Wallisdown is part of the Timbmet Group and can call on central stock holding comprising over 2,500 timber and panel product lines.
