SALES OFFICE MANAGER – GLASGOW

 

Monday –Friday – Permanent Role – Up to £35,000 per annum

Sales Office Manager needed as part of our Glasgow sales team

  • Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends or evenings
  • Bank Holidays and extended Christmas break

The Role:

  • Ensure sales and profit targets are met by managing and developing the sales team
  • Provide clear and strong direction for the sales team
  • Set and review profit performance
  • Complete staff appraisals and manage performance
  • Monitor, analyse and report sales trends
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • To communicate effectively within all key relationships making recommendations to drive business forward
  • Co-ordination and participation in recruitment, induction and sales and product training for new team members

The Person:

 

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and line management skills with experience of running a successful sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • IT literate
  • Current UK driving license
