INTERNAL SALES – SHELLINGFORD
Monday – Friday – Permanent Role – Up to £25,000 per annum
Internal Sales needed as part of our Shellingford sales team
- Up to £25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends or evenings
- Bank Holidays and Christmas off
The Role:
- Handle incoming sales calls in a polite, quick and efficient manner
- Provide responses to price enquiries
- Check stock and deal with customer enquiries professionally
- Sales order processing
- Be proactive – including making externals call to existing and new customers
- Direct calls, provide information to callers, take and relay messages
- Ensure all sales administration is actioned and is up-to-date
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.

- Ability to learn quickly, respond positively to changing demands, embrace and implement new ideas in a fluid and growing operation
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships
- Has GCSE’s in English and Maths
