INTERNAL SALES – GLASGOW

Monday – Friday – Permanent Role – Up to £25,000 per annum

Internal Sales needed as part of our Glasgow sales team

  • Up to £25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends or evenings
  • Bank Holidays and Christmas off

The Role:

  • Handle incoming sales calls in a polite, quick and efficient manner
  • Provide responses to price enquiries
  • Check stock and deal with customer enquiries professionally
  • Sales order processing
  • Be proactive – including making externals call to existing and new customers
  • Direct calls, provide information to callers, take and relay messages
  • Ensure all sales administration is actioned and is up-to-date
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required.

  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Has GCSE’s in English and Maths
